Kick it up a Notch…
Well, last week I worked out for an hour each day on Sun, Mon, and Tues.
rnThis week I worked out yesterday for about 30min doing an Ab DVD. Then today I took it a bit further. Primarily because I am gaining weight and need to step up to the plate a bit. So, I did 1 hr of Body Combat DVD and 30min of Yoga stretching video. I also lifted the 8lb weights for arms.
rnI really need to consistently do some form of workout EVERY DAY. That is how I dropped 10lbs over the summer. By doing something each day.
