New September goals- Workout 3 times per week in the mornings before i go to work…………..at the GYM…. at 6AM………

Seriously, now that I am starting a NORMAL day shift job, that should be an easier feat to accomplish. No more night shift work and craving sleep all the time!!

I have to include some new activities in my routine for the fall/ winter months. Love to snowboard, but it does get expensive.

Anybody ever SNOW SHOE? Hot Yoga? Any other winter activities that you would recommend??
